Russian set to register the world's first COVID-19 vaccine

Russain president Vlamidr Putin claims the world's first COVID-19 vaccine. Russian become the first country to register the world's first COVID-19 vaccine to approval. This Covid-19 vaccine used for civilians, Vladimir Putin released information on Tuesday. The vaccine was developed by Gamaleya Research Institute(GRI) and the Russian Defence Ministry(RDI). The vaccine would be registered on august 12.

It is a very important step for the world because corona cases increase rapidly per day all over the world. This vaccinee first shot vaccines get Putin's daughter, so it takes a great step for the testing vaccine. The vaccine name is the Gam-COVID-Vac Lyo vaccine. It is based on DNA  SARS Cov-2 adenovirus, that mean when vaccine enters in the body create antibodies against the virus, this virus is in the form of weak or dead state.

Suppose you contact in coronavirus, virus enter in your cell membrane attack your immune system, so if  SARS Cov-2 adenovirus made anti-ace-2 then it released immunoglobulin(antibodies) in your body which boosts your immune system to kill and neutralize the bacteria or virus. It is being approved for people before the clinical trial is completed. so this one major challenge regarding effectiveness and safeness.

Generally, there are several stages of the development cycle of vaccines such as the Exploratory stage, the Preclinical stage, Clinical development regulatory review, and approval, Manufacturing then Quality control. So vaccines clinical trial stage in humans passed in several Phases I II & III, but in the case of the Russian vaccine, they claim that vaccines processed rapidly now vaccine is ready for giving to the civilian.

Russian claim too on an upcoming vaccine that they were trail Phase I in Human started on June 17 with around 76 volunteers, half of the volunteers injected vaccine in liquid form and rest give in the form of powder. The result was successful in clinical trail Phase 1, a researcher claimed that no side effect in humans and also a good response in the immune system.

According to the next report, Russian trial Phase II started on July 13 and report by the organization had completed.so the report did not clarify that all the three-stage were completed or phase II completed. so this a big challenge to accept either the vaccine effectively work in other human or not.

The experts said We doubt that Russia applied a fast track approach so that the vaccine will come out maybe not ineffective, but also could be unsafe. Global public health law experts at Georgetown University claim maybe it safe or may not be because there a lack of transparency. So if Russia put a clear report in front of the world expert or World  Health Organization (WHO). So then only reason would believe by the expert that vaccines work properly or not. 

Russain Deputy Health Minister Oleg Gridnev has been claimed that this COVID-19 vaccine possible to develop quickly, because it is similar to reassemble a vaccine for the Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS) disease which is caused by another coronavirus, we didn't need to take time to develop this new vaccine. so that had already been tested extensively.

Meanwhile, the good news is the most of the country shown interested in the Russian vaccine, Kirill Dmitriev the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund who said that more than countries shown interested in this project for producing vaccines. They said, " our foreign partners shown greatly interset in produce vaccine in their country included Brazil, India, etc". Many more countries looking towards the Russian vaccine & five countries have already working with help to start producing the vaccine.
